How to attach a video to a QR sticker (the easy way)

Stickylink doesn't host video files directly, and that's actually a good thing. It means your stickers stay lightning fast and the video quality stays high, no matter how long the clip is.

Here's the workflow we recommend.

Step 1: Upload your video somewhere that's already great at hosting video. YouTube is the classic choice (set it to Unlisted if you don't want it public). Vimeo works beautifully for a cleaner, ad-free look. Google Drive works too, just be sure to right-click the file and set sharing to "Anyone with the link can view."

Step 2: Copy the share link. On YouTube, tap Share and copy the URL. On Google Drive, use the "Copy link" button after enabling sharing.

Step 3: Open your Stickylink sticker, choose the Video tag, and paste the link. Save.

That's it. When someone scans your sticker, the video plays right from the original source. Want to update it later? Swap the link on the sticker, no reprinting, no re-sticking.

This is why the Video tag is so powerful for tutorials taped inside a cabinet, a how-to-water-me sticker on a plant pot, or a birthday message on the back of a card.
