This page is maintained by the Stickylink team to explain what information we collect and how we use it. We aim to collect as little as possible.

Information we collect

Account: email address and (optionally) a display name.
Sticker content: the links, checklists, photos, PDFs, and playlists you attach to a sticker.
Order details: shipping address and order status when you buy a sticker roll.
Basic technical data: anonymous logs to keep the app secure and reliable.

How we use it

We use your information to render your stickers, deliver your physical orders, protect your account, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data.

Sticker visibility

Anyone who scans a sticker's QR code can view whatever you have attached to it. Do not attach information you want to keep private.

Subprocessors

We use trusted service providers to run Stickylink, including our hosting/database provider and Stripe for payment processing. Stripe handles card details directly; we never see your full card number.

Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in and to run essential app features.

Your rights

You can edit or delete any sticker from your library, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
