Stickylink Supply Enterprise, Terms of Service

Last updated: September 7, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Stickylink Supply Enterprise (“Supply”, “the Service”), which includes smart-overlay adhesive sticker rolls, the Master Batch Activator workflow, GS1 Digital Link code generation, product pages, and the workspace dashboard used to manage batches, scans, and re-routes. By creating a Supply workspace, placing an order, or using any Supply feature, you agree to these Terms and our Supply Privacy Policy.

1. What Stickylink Supply is

Supply is a B2B infrastructure product that helps brands, contract manufacturers, 3PLs, and distributors apply GS1 Digital Link-compatible smart-overlay stickers to existing packaging so it can be scanned at retail, in the warehouse, and across the supply chain. Each physical roll is paired with a cloud workspace where you can activate batches, generate serialized child codes, host product pages, and push live destination re-routes.

2. Who may use Supply

Supply is intended for businesses and authorized representatives acting on behalf of a legal entity. You represent that you have authority to bind the organization you register, that your email domain is owned or controlled by that organization, and that all workspace members you invite are authorized to act on its behalf. We may refuse or suspend service to any organization that we reasonably believe is not operating in good faith.

3. Physical product bundles

Retrofit rolls are sold in bundles as listed at checkout. Current standard bundles are 10 rolls of 250 stickers, 20 rolls of 250 stickers, 10 rolls of 1,000 stickers, and 20 rolls of 1,000 stickers. Prices, dimensions, and specifications are shown at checkout and may change with notice. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are displayed before payment. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise stated in writing.

Because each sticker encodes a unique, non-reusable code, physical rolls that have been printed, shipped, or activated cannot be returned or refunded except for manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of receipt. We may replace defective rolls at our discretion.

4. Management seat subscription

Access to the Supply workspace dashboard beyond a read-only or evaluation state requires an active Supply Management Seat subscription, billed monthly at the then-current rate. The seat is per organization, not per user, unless otherwise stated. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, batch data may become read-only and code generation may be disabled.

5. Product pages and batch content

You may create product pages and attach content such as PDFs, links, and descriptions to be shown when a Supply code is scanned. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of that content. Because QR codes can be scanned by anyone, do not attach information you are not authorized to share publicly, including trade secrets, confidential contracts, or sensitive personal data.

Product page limits are included with the base subscription. Additional page blocks are available at the price listed in the dashboard. We may introduce or change limits and pricing with notice.

6. GS1 syntax and compliance

Supply generates code patterns that follow GS1 Digital Link conventions and supports common GS1 Application Identifiers such as GTIN (01), Lot (10), Serial (21), and Expiry (17). You are responsible for entering correct GTINs, lot numbers, and expiration dates, and for ensuring your use of the codes complies with GS1 standards, retailer requirements, and applicable law. Stickylink does not guarantee that any specific retailer will accept the generated codes, and we are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect data entry.

7. Prohibited data and uses

You may not upload, transmit, or store the following in Stickylink Supply:

If we discover prohibited data, we may suspend or terminate your workspace and delete the data without notice. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your content or prohibited use.

8. Scan analytics

Supply logs scan events (timestamp, resolved code, destination, and coarse geolocation derived from the request IP) to provide analytics and to support recalls, re-routes, and investigation. This data is owned by your organization and may be retained for the lifetime of the workspace or longer as required for legal or business purposes.

9. Termination

You may stop using Supply and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or if we need to discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, but provisions related to content, liability, and governing law survive.

10. Disclaimers

Supply is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that every retailer will accept the codes, or that generated data will be error-free. You are responsible for testing and validating your rollout before production deployment. Stickylink is not a law firm or compliance consultant; nothing in the service constitutes legal or regulatory advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stickylink and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to Supply will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $500 if you paid nothing.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stickylink from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your failure to comply with GS1 or retailer requirements, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Supply evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date. Your continued use of Supply after changes means you accept the revised terms.
