Do I need an account to use a sticker?
Yes, to set up a sticker or save it to your library you'll need a free account. Anyone can scan a claimed sticker and view (or interact with) its canvas without signing in, but creating and editing stickers is tied to your account so nobody else can overwrite your content.
How many stickers come in a pack?
Each Stickylink roll includes 60 unique die-cut QR stickers on a matte, water-resistant liner. Perfect for planners, journals, jars, cables, folders, and more.
What can I attach to a sticker?
Links, photos, PDFs, videos, live documents, music playlists, and interactive checklists with strike-through animations.
How do I attach a video?
Videos aren't hosted directly on Stickylink, instead, upload your video to YouTube, Vimeo, or Google Drive first (set the sharing to "Anyone with the link can view" for private hosts), then paste that share link into the Video tag on your sticker. When someone scans, the video plays right from the source. This keeps your sticker fast, and lets you swap the video without reprinting anything.
What are people using Stickylink for?

What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free includes unlimited stickers and links, capped at 1 photo or 1 PDF per sticker. Pro ($4.99/mo) unlocks unlimited uploads per sticker.
Can I change what a sticker links to later?
Yes. Once claimed to your account, open it from My Library and edit the canvas anytime.
Do the stickers work offline?
Not fully. The QR code itself is just a printed link, so your phone's camera can always recognize it, but opening the sticker's canvas (links, photos, checklists, playlists) needs an internet connection, since the content lives online so you can update it anytime without reprinting.
How do I cancel Pro?
Cancel anytime from your library. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period, then downgrade automatically. Nothing is deleted when you downgrade: photos and PDFs you already attached stay viewable, you just cannot add new ones beyond the free cap until you resubscribe.
What exactly does each plan cost?
Free is $0 forever with unlimited stickers, links, and checklists plus one photo or one PDF per sticker. Pro is $4.99 a month for unlimited uploads per sticker. The Stickylink Planner is a separate one-time $30 purchase with no subscription. A roll of 60 unique stickers is $23 plus shipping.
What is the Stickylink Planner?
The Planner is the all-in-one life planner built into Stickylink: today view, tasks, calendar, habits, meals and recipes, grocery lists, journal, symptom tracking, and AI-powered suggestions. It is a one-time $30 purchase for lifetime access on your account, and you can point any sticker at a specific planner tab so a sticker on your fridge opens your meal plan.
Can I stick a sticker to a planner page?
Yes. Pick the Planner category when you set up a sticker, then choose the tab it should open, such as Today, Tasks, Calendar, Habits, Meals, Recipes, Journal, or Symptoms. If you do not own the Planner yet, the sticker editor links you to the $30 checkout first.
Can I import recipes into the Planner?
Yes. Paste a recipe website link or upload a recipe PDF and Stickylink extracts the title, ingredients, and steps for you. You review the draft and approve it before anything is saved to your recipe library.
Is my planner or sticker content private?
Planner content is private to your account. Sticker canvases are public to anyone holding that physical sticker, since scanning does not require an account, so do not attach passwords, IDs, medical records, or financial details to a sticker.
Can I use Stickylink on my phone like an app?
Yes. Stickylink is a progressive web app, so you can add it to your home screen from your browser and it opens full-screen with no app store download.
Do you have plans for businesses?
Yes, three of them. Small Business is a $35 one-time 200-sticker roll with a merchant dashboard for products, stock, and sales. Workspace is a free records workspace with a $45 200-sticker roll and an optional $99 a month Secure Workspace for audit logs, counters, and shared folders. Supply covers GS1 Digital Link retrofit labelling for products headed to retail.
How do I get help or a refund?
Email hello@stickylink.io. Unused, unclaimed sticker rolls can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and digital purchases such as the Planner are refundable within 14 days if they have not been used.
